Nothing compares to the taste and quality that comes from a wood-fired meal. We practice the Neapolitan art for cooking our pizzas, and the Kamado style for smok’n our meats.
We believe that quality inputs lead to a superior product and a better culinary experience. That’s why we mill our own flour from whole wheat berries, grow the majority of our own produce, and use only the freshest ingredients. What we don’t mill, make, or plant ourselves, we strive to use locally-sourced, sustainable, and organic options where possible.
We love quality smoked meats. We pride ourselves on mastering the smoked classics but with an approach that is simple, elegant, and understated. We want the nuances of the meat to shine through and the authenticity of the flavor to speak for itself. Dig in!
Vegan? No problem. Our culinary roots stem from a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle. We have spent years perfecting a plant-based approach and offer many vegan and vegetarian alternatives.
